How to apply

Programs available include supplemental nutritional programs, health coverage, and monetary assistance. Families or individuals in need of assistance must submit an application. There are several ways to apply:

  • Applications can be filed out electronically at the following links:
  • Phone – Applications are accepted by phone.
    • Call (530) 527-1911, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • In Person – Applications are available and accepted in the lobby, Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
    • A drop box is available to drop off applications outside of lobby hours and is located in front of the building.
    • Address: 310 S. Main Street, Red Bluff, Ca 96080
  • Mail – Applications may be submitted by mail at: PO Box 1515, Red Bluff, Ca 96080
  • Fax – Applications may be submitted by fax at (530) 527-5410
