How to apply

Programs available include supplemental nutrition programs, health coverage, and monetary assistance.  Families or individuals in need of assistance must submit an application.  There are several ways to apply:

  • Phone Applications are accepted by phone.  Call (530) 527-1911, Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
  • In Person - Applications are available and accepted in the lobby Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.  A drop box is available to drop off applications outside of lobby hours and is located at 310 S. Main Street, Red Bluff, CA 96080 
  • Mail Applications may be submitted by mail at: PO Box 1515, Red Bluff, CA 96080
  • Fax - Applications may be submitted by fax at: (530) 527-5410.
The minimum requirements to submit an application include: Name, Address, Signature.
